Learn MoreThis is a dual review -- clerical staff 👎🏼 versus medical staff 👍🏼 -- so please excuse the length. My initial interaction with the office staff was not good. I was initially told I would be sent information on colonoscopy preparation. Two weeks before the procedure, I still had nothing. I called and was told I would receive an email with instructions. A week before my procedure, still no email. I called again. This time I was told I had to go into the office for the instructions. At that point, it was impossible to do that, so I was told they COULD email instructions to me if I sent them a copy of my driver's license and insurance card. I did that, and the email was sent. After this initial confusion, however, everything was fantastic. The intake nurse was pleasant. The wait was less than 15 minutes. The attending nurse was really nice. The anesthesiologist was super thorough and explained what was going to take place. The surgeon outlined the process and confirmed that I had no additional questions. Then I closed my eyes, fell asleep and woke up with the procedure finished. One hour and 40 min. from start to finish!
